My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and special for kids, but not very soundproof; I could hear noise from other guests at night. The service was professional and polite, although there was a slight issue with handling concerns about room changes. The location was convenient, not too far from downtown attractions. The dining options were satisfactory, with a good variety available.
